Advocates offers NeuroStar Therapy in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This innovative treatment uses transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to target key areas of the brain that are underactive in people with depression. While the exact cause of depression is not known, the leading scientific theory is that it is caused by an imbalance of the brain’s neurotransmitters, which are chemical messengers that send signals between brain cells. TMS therapy is a non-invasive and medication-free procedure that uses magnetic fields to gently stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of depression. Call (508) 661-2038 to schedule a consultation with us. Learn More

We provide individual and group therapy to those dealing with substance abuse and addiction. Our compassionate and skilled counselors support individuals on their journey to recovery.
