Our administrative staff keep our organization running smoothly. They’re the backbone of the business, building company wide relationships and propelling our mission forward. As a team, they balance a variety of projects: IT Maintenance, HR, Finance, Facilities, and Quality Management.
Our case management staff focus on advocacy, empowerment, and community integration for the people we support. They help individuals identify and work toward interesting and creative goals that center their needs, while connecting them with needed services and supports.
In commitment to helping people thrive, our clinical team provides personalized care for each person we treat. They use their expertise to conduct comprehensive assessments, identify appropriate resources, and create treatment plans that are tailored to each individual.
Our Deaf Services staff provide residential care and crisis stabilization for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. Our Deaf Services programs honor Deaf Culture and community, communicating predominantly in ASL.
Our direct care staff support individuals with daily activities, helping to ensure safety and foster independence. Direct care staff create recreational opportunities, implement treatment plans, and track the status and progress of people supported.
Our nursing staff bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work. They assist people supported with varied aspects of medical care and management, ensuring that individuals receive needed health assessments, care, and follow-up.
Our peer support staff help others using their own lived experiences with mental health, substance use, and other life challenges. They provide compassion and understanding while supporting the autonomy and personal agency that are critical to recovery.
Our supervisory and management staff foster growth and success within all our teams. They work to nurture employee and team development while enhancing the services we provide to the community.
