Hannah received her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Worcester State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, Tucson Campus. Hannah has been an Advocates employee since February of 2020. Currently, Hannah is the Co-Response Jail Diversion Clinician for the Grafton, Millbury, and Sutton Police Departments. Prior to this role, Hannah worked for Advocates Psychiatric Emergency Services as a mobile crisis clinician out of the Framingham office, and then as an on-site clinician at Marlborough Hospital in the Emergency Department. She has also worked as a Phlebotomist for Reliant Medical Group. During her graduate studies, she interned at Caridad Community Kitchen providing support and resources to program participants who had barriers to employment, as well as distributing food to individuals/families experiencing homelessness or who were underemployed. She also interned with the Pima County Community Development and Neighborhood Conservation Department working with The Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness, “a coalition of community & faith-based organizations, government entities, businesses, and individuals committed to the mission of ending homelessness and addressing the issues related to homelessness in the community”. During her time with the coalition, she assisted in policy making, HUD reporting, homeless counts, and grant writing.
