A former mental health clinician, Dan Weir currently serves as the chief information officer at Noble and Greenough School, a prestigious independent school in Dedham, MA. He has worked as a senior information technology manager in the fields of education and high tech for 25 years, including positions as director of university information technology support services at Tufts University and director of computing support services at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Dan received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in counseling from Boston State College. A member of Advocates’ Board of Directors since 1984, Dan has served as chairman since 2006. He is active in his community, and served as president of Norwood Youth Hockey for many years.
