We are committed to fostering a vibrant work environment that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and embraces inclusion, recognizing the profound positive impact this has on our employees and those we serve. Guided by our comprehensive Strategic Plan for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, we actively cultivate cultural competence, advance racial equity through our Racial Equity Action Plan, facilitate interaction through our ASL Communication Access team, and foster collaboration through our Employee Resource Groups. By providing an array of resources, we build a warm and inclusive community where each individual feels deeply respected, truly valued, and wholeheartedly embraced.

Our Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) exist to foster belonging, promote diversity and inclusivity, and provide opportunities for support, professional growth, and personal development for employees who share a common identity or interest. Our ERGs include:

Black & Brown ERG
Neurodiversity in the Workplace ERG
Shades of Pride ERG
White Anti-Racist ERG

ERGs meet at least once per month and are convened by Advocates staff members in conjunction with a sponsor from the Advocates senior leadership team.
