Co-Response Jail Diversion

Noa Donvan earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Georgetown University. After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles, where she worked with seniors and went on to pursue her Master of Social Work. Noa recently received her MSW from the University of Southern California, completing clinical work as a mental health counselor at Santa Monica College and later as a clinical social worker at Century Regional Detention Facility, the local women’s jail. It was there that she discovered her passion for working within the legal and criminal justice system and deepened her commitment to person-first care in vulnerable circumstances. Noa currently serves as the co-response clinician in Belmont.
