As Chief Integration Officer for Advocates, Michelle leads and supports a range of strategic initiatives, including those associated with affiliations and mergers.
Michelle began working at HMEA in 2009, where she held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Operations. Prior to her tenure at HMEA, Michelle worked at Partners Healthcare in various human resources management roles at Massachusetts General Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Michelle is currently a member of the Community Board of Advisors for the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health (MAMH) and has taught courses in Organizational Development at Emmanuel College in Boston. Michelle holds a master's degree in human resources management from Emmanuel College and a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Boston College. She is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
Michelle enjoys spending time with and travelling to new places with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
