Lynn received her bachelor's in social work from Elms College and her master's degree in social work from Boston College. She has worked extensively in the mental health field with all age groups. Currently, Lynn is the Co-response Jail Diversion clinician for the Southborough and Northborough police departments. Prior to this role, Lynn provided ongoing therapy and supportive services to the homebound, addressing a multitude of issues including addiction, housing, and poverty. She also worked as a psychiatric social worker in the adult inpatient psychiatric unit at Saint Vincent's Hospital. Additionally, Lynn worked on the crisis assessment team in the Emergency Department at Saint Vincent Hospital providing support and assessments to individuals experiencing psychiatric crises.
