Cara Caissie, MS MFT

Co-Response Jail Diversion Clinician - Marlborough

Cara received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Regis College. After graduating, Cara worked on a Child and Adolescent inpatient unit and then as an Intensive Care Coordinator providing Wraparound Services to families in multiple communities. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Massachusetts Boston. While completing her education, Cara interned for Wayside Youth and Family’s Continuum Program providing in-home therapy services. Cara has worked as a Mobile Crisis Clinician and Outpatient Therapist serving adults, children, and families. Additionally, Cara worked as a Clinician in the admissions department of a free-standing psychiatric facility. In her current role, Cara is the Co-Response Jail Diversion Clinician on the evening shift at the Marlborough Police Department.
