Adriana began her journey at Advocates in 2019 as the Training and Research Coordinator, later advancing to Assistant Program Manager of the Co-Response Training & Technical Assistance Center. In that role, she developed and implemented data collection and analysis systems, replicated the co-response model, and designed comprehensive training programs. Adriana then took on the position of Operations Manager for the Co-Response Jail Diversion Program, where she managed analytics, quality management, and operational processes, to ensure program effectiveness and impact.
Currently, as the Director of Operations for Community Justice Services, Adriana oversees non-clinical operations across the Co-Response, Re-Entry, and Forensic Mental Health service lines. With a strong commitment to community-based solutions and experience in program management, she is dedicated to fostering innovative approaches that bridge justice and mental health services.
