Adriana serves as Director of Operations for Community Justice Services at Advocates, overseeing operational and administrative functions across reentry, jail diversion, and forensic mental health programs. She ensures services operate efficiently, align with organizational and contractual requirements, and are supported by strong operational infrastructure. She partners closely with program and clinical leadership to streamline systems and support high-quality, community-based service delivery.
Adriana joined Advocates in 2019 with the Co-Response Training & Technical Assistance Center and later served as Operations Manager for the Co-Response Jail Diversion Program, leading analytics, quality management, and operational strategy to strengthen program impact. She is committed to advancing innovative approaches that bridge justice and mental health systems.
