In a semi-structured group environment, members will have an opportunity to build relationships and learn skills that they can apply in their daily lives, including: Distress Tolerance Skills, Mindfulness Skills, Emotional Regulation Skills, and Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills.

This group is open to anyone with a desire to learn effective techniques to improve the quality of their life.
