Are you caring for an aging parent or a son or daughter with a disability? Advocates Adult Family Care (AFC) provides a tax-free stipend, nurse and case manager visits, and other resources your family needs to thrive.
Join us on April 29 at 10:00 a.m. for an informational webinar and Q&A session about Advocates AFC program. The webinar will review AFC program benefits, caregiver and member eligibility requirements, and provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
